Welcome to Baddazz – Hybrid Strength. Real Endurance. Female Power.
Baddazz.com is more than a website about training. It’s a platform for hybrid athletes, for women who lift heavy and run hard, for competitors who want more than labels, and for anyone who believes that strength and endurance belong together.
We are Marta Sanchez and Astrid Kramer – two sports enthusiasts who share a deep passion for movement, performance, and the transformative power of training. What started as personal ambition and love for hybrid sport has grown into a mission: to share knowledge, build community, and create real change – especially in the female sports world.
Hybrid sport represents a new generation of athletes. It’s not about choosing between being strong or being fast. It’s about becoming both. It’s about pushing sleds and pushing pace. It’s about lifting heavy in the morning and chasing kilometers in the evening. And it’s about proving that women can – and should – take up space in this performance-driven arena.
On Baddazz, you’ll find everything you need to develop as a hybrid athlete.
In our Workouts section, we share structured training sessions for HYROX, running, functional training, and strength endurance. Whether you’re preparing for competition or building your base, our workouts are designed to help you train with intention and progression.
In Nutrition, we focus on fueling performance. Hybrid athletes demand a lot from their bodies – and that means eating with purpose. We provide guidance on macronutrients, recovery strategies, competition fueling, and sustainable performance nutrition without diet culture noise.
In Events, we highlight the competitions that bring this community together. From international formats like HYROX to emerging races in Spain and especially Andalusia, we introduce you to the events where preparation turns into performance.
And we’re just getting started. In the near future, products will become part of Baddazz as well – carefully selected and developed with the hybrid athlete in mind. Functional, practical, and designed to support real training, not just aesthetics.
But beyond workouts, race calendars, and nutrition guides, Baddazz stands for something bigger. We believe that the female sports world is evolving – and we want to actively shape that evolution. Too often, women are still encouraged to train smaller, eat less, or prioritize appearance over performance. We believe in something different.
We believe in women who build muscle. Women who compete. Women who sweat, strive, and set ambitious goals. Women who are strong, fast, resilient – and unapologetic about it.
Baddazz is about knowledge, yes. But it’s also about mindset. It’s about stepping into your power, training with confidence, and supporting each other along the way.
Whether you’re an experienced hybrid competitor, new to functional training, or simply curious about combining strength and endurance, you’re welcome here.
Train hard. Fuel smart. Compete bold.
And be baddazz.
